I am excited to use skills I have developed over a decade of work experiences. My new international assignment will allow me to work in a management role in which I will be able to implement change in a very dynamic environment. This is the culmination of my welding experience that I learned in Cleveland, Buffalo, and Philadelphia, and my leadership development training I learned in the Air Force and through my MBA. A lifelong goal of mine has been to immerse myself in another country and learn their language, business etiquette, and traditions.
