Volunteer at Windsor Racecourse for the NHS COVID vaccination programme - engaging with the public and directing them to a free vaccinator; offering reassurance and physical assistance as required. Liaising with the clinicians and other volunteers to assist with the smooth running of the service and ensuring infection control standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:• 3D scan Sainsbury’s retail stores and upload content to server with store reports.• 3D artist, working predominantly on large retailer’s work.• Picking up last minute changes from clients and working through unsociable hours to meet these deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:• Set up internal retail design for Three Mobile, as previously outsourced to agencies. This resulted in significant cost savings.• Manage internal stakeholders and budgets to run all design led projects. • Source, brief and manage external suppliers / design agencies, from start to finish for all small, medium and large-scale projects, ensuring cost effectiveness and quality is maintained. • Manage external suppliers from brief to completion of all store fixtures; negotiating costs, material specs and timings.• To be adaptable and flexible, working to tight deadlines and last-minute changes.• Designer for all new retail fixtures, fittings and experiences for Three stores.• Produce and manage design and technical packs in order to brief suppliers and update internal teams.• Produce assembly / disassembly user guides for fixture displays for store colleagues.• Work closely with retail and property teams to support all store refits, whilst ensuring all store design is optimised for brand experience.• Proactively identify improvements and efficiencies within the merchandising processes.• Proactively identify opportunities to elevate key propositions for all partners via merchandising and visual merchandising.• Continuously evolving my processes as required and upskilling other members of the team where appropriate.Key Achievements: • Significant cost savings by bringing Design in house, sourcing the most appropriate suppliers and using previous knowledge to complete projects to a high standard in an efficient manner. • Independently designed and rolled out the 5G Broadband rocket displays to all London stores ready for the 5G launch.• One of key designers for the 5G broadband launch in stores, with the “home in shop” concept.• Designed a joint venture for the “Three Means Business” key partners and Three - four mini crazy golf courses.• Updated and enhanced the golf courses for the upcoming Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2019.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead Designer for all Dyson fixtures and fittings for retailers in the UK, Ireland, Nordics and Benelux regions.• Produce and manage specifications and technical packs, liaise with suppliers, freelancers and agencies.• Produce assembly / disassembly / user instructions for fixture displays.• Create and deliver presentations for retailers containing visuals, specs and full technical drawing packs.• Conceptual thinking whilst delivering commercially viable solutions.Key Achievements:• Instigated new process of having Visual Merchandising packs for all individual retailers. This led to Dyson having a sound knowledge of fixtures, tickets and products by retailer, ensuring an efficient way of updating products and displays. • Designed a new multipurpose display stand to introduce Dyson customers to new products. The stand was cost effective, easy to transport / assemble and reusable at multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead Designer for all Harrods fixtures and fittings, within the Technology area.• Designing / scoping the project right through to the delivery / store roll out.• Responsibility to rigorously evaluate projects at every stage of the design process to ensure solutions remain fit for purpose, that costs are constantly challenged to ensure value for money.• To ensure smooth delivery of each project within the chain budgets.• Ensure design best practice is applied across all chains using my influencing skills and networks to achieve this.• Solely responsible for the visualising function of the Design team, across all brands.• Accountable for managing all external 3D suppliers and all end to end briefing and costing requirements.• Manage 3D asset library and processes whilst ensuring that all team members follow standards at all times.• Manage Graduate Visualiser/Designers day to day workloads and projects.• Brief, tender all approved designs to supply chain and approve all technical drawings / material specs for rollout to main chain / Harrods / Carphone Warehouse / Travel stores.

Key Responsibilities:• Designing new instore display solutions, from a verbal or a written brief from the internal category manger or an external client (e.g. Harrods/Google/Canon/Windows/Philips).• Producing initial concept designs in sketch format and progressing these to 3D Visuals, which are presented back to the category team or external clients within a PDF Design pack, created in Illustrator/InDesign.• Creating animations of new stores and fixture designs, to aid the design process.• Managing all projects briefed to me from the initial design stage, to the prototype production, to the final rollout to stores.• Problem solving when design briefs are unachievable and offering alternative solutions.• Ensuring all major projects are approved onsite before the stores reopen for customers.• Managing overall 3D Visualisation work within the Design team, including any external 3D support.• Running regular 3DS Max training sessions for the other Designers, to allow them to take on small 3D projects, to let me focus on large scale projects.

Working from a verbal or written brief, I was expected to produce top class visuals to tight deadlines. Using 3d Studio Max, VRay lighting & Adobe Photoshop.My role was primarily to develop designs prior to them being past to the CAD technicians who would then create the drawing package.This process required close liaison with both the creative team on one side and the CAD technicians on the other, to ensure accuracy. Left this role due to redundancy.

Key Responsibilities:• Building the new departments and model stores in 3D Studio Max.• Rendering out store and departmental views and animations with Mental Ray and V-Ray.• Designing changes to the model store, the store layouts and the different departmental updates.• Adding after effects to the renders in Adobe Photoshop.• Training colleagues in 3D Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop techniques.• Creating concept signage and maps in Adobe Photoshop.• Preparing building and fixture templates in AutoCAD.• Presenting projects to colleagues, other internal departments, managers and external companies.• Liaising with architects and designers on all levels.• Managing and modelling of the 3D model asset library.• Managing an annual £20,000 budget, to recruit external 3D agencies to assist with increased work loads when required. • Gaining quotes and negotiating deals with external companies to achieve the best price for their services.• Creating animations and videos with Adobe premier.
