Process candidate timesheets via an online timesheet portal• Raise involves that correspond with candidates’ timesheets • Running payroll for over 600 Contractors a week • Running staff payrolls for internal staff of agencies every month • Check all invoices are correct before sending them to clients • Liaise with agencies to ensure all the necessary information is on the system to set up their new placements and subsequently, setting up all new placements prior to invoicing. • Run Payroll for PAYE contractors using Brightpay • Set up payments on the bank for agencies • Answer emails and phone call queries relating to clients invoicing, timesheets and contractor payments. • Upload client invoices to Invoice Finance and making sure each agency has necessary funds available to make contractor payments • Upload pension reports to the relevant pension provider • Submitting RTI’s to HMRC• Attachment of earnings • Creating and issuing P45’s • Process and pay expense

my current job is working in a warehouse located in Warboys, I am currently working as a picker packer, however I am also learning how to arrange routes for our van drivers. This involves looking through orders that have came in and then choosing which route each van driver will do. Collections for the company then have to be fitted into the routes also. I also process all the paperwork and use Microsoft Excel to make a spreadsheet of the order and which vans they were delivered on and on which dates.
