Engineering Buyer at Jet2.com, Director at SpaceX & BSc (Hons) Physics with Astrophysics (2.2) from University of Leeds (Red Brick University). I am also a guitarist, aviation, aerospace, space... Basically all things science - enthusiast, I moved from my home town of Hull to Leeds in 2011 to study for my degree. I was diagnosed with Bipolar Affectiveness Disorder in 2018, something I initially struggled with greatly. Today, I feel pretty centred (many thanks to the NHS and all of the incredible professionals (be it Doctors, Nurses, Volunteers) who helped me at that time and in 2015 when I had my first breakdown.)Politically I describe myself as a Democratic Socialist. I believe Capitalism works but needs some adjustments to be more effective, efficient and fair for all in today's age; for example I believe there should be a maximum amount of money someone can earn/hold at one time [including unrealised gains]). Lets say $100bn. Every cent/penny someone earns over that limit goes to a charity, government, or NPO chosen by them and approved by a democratically elected regulatory/oversight body. This would deter wealth hoarding and promote diverse funding and donations to charities and other organisations in need. I am also a Labour Party (UK) member and I am associated with the Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition (TUSC).Religiously I describe myself as an Atheist and I do not personally believe in deities or an afterlife.I live my life by several quotes (sorry, I know it's a cliché):"Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand" - Albert Einstein"An eye for an eye will leave the whole world blind." - Mahatma Gandhi"If you can laugh in the face of adversity, you're bullet-proof." - Ricky Gervais (Ger-vai for any fellow XFM/Ricky Gervais Show fans)"Believe you can and you're halfway there" - Theodore Roosevelt"Comparison is the thief of joy" - Theodore Roosevelt
