• Project Management – Responsible for oversight of multiple construction projects ranging from $2000 - $4 Million.• Electrical – Main electrician for 4 main service switchboards, 16 main distribution panels, 36 Control Panels and 136 high and low voltage panels, as well as equipment being powered.• Plumbing – Maintenance and repair of all plumbing fixtures. 36 restrooms, 16 water heaters, irrigation systems, and main domestic water feeds.• HVAC – Responsible for operation of 70 Trane HVAC package units, 5 Split-Systems, and 2 CRAC data center units.• Carpentry – Repair and install of all drywall, paint, doors, shevling, etc.• Building Automation – Oversight of Trane Building Automation tied into all HVAC, domestic water, fire protection systems, and electrical consumption. • Trailer Docking Systems – Maintenance and repair of 96 dock doors, 72 hydraulic dock leveler systems, and 2 automated doors.• Fire Protection Systems – Responsible for operation of 46 Fire Risers, 1 pre-action dry system, 82 PIV and sectional control valves, and over 5000 sprinkler heads.• Material Handling Equipment – Oversight of maintenance of 16 miles of conveyance including motors, belts, rollers, and PLC systems.• Coordination/Record Keeping – Responsible for all scheduling and coordination of all Amazon maintenance and repair vendors. Compliance record keeping for all local, state and federal requirements, as well as property owner and client needs.• Amazon Account Policy Writer – Write 30 separate policies and standard work procedures being used in 48 Amazon Fulfillment Centers in the United States.• General Building SME – Assist other engineers throughout the JLL/Amazon account with any issues that may arise, writing new, and changing preventive maintenance tasks to be compliant with equipment manufacturers, and finding maintenance tasks JLL can self-perform as a cost saving initiative.

• Electrical – Repair and replace failed electrical components of 187 manufactured homes.• Plumbing – Responsible for all domestic water lines, water heaters and fixtures.• HVAC – Repair and replace residential furnaces and air conditioners.• Landscaping – Maintenance and upkeep of all landscape in community.• Project Management – Oversight of new homes being installed and old ones being removed.• Coordinating with vendors and tenants – Work with vendors making major repairs as well as scheduling repairs with tenants.• Carpentry – Repair of new and old homes including framing, drywall, paint, doors, shelving, etc.
