I support the Supplier Relationship Management activity for the G-Cloud Framework. This includes:-Liaising with current suppliers about the Framework, their services and general compliance. G-Cloud currently has 1700+ Suppliers across two frameworks.-Internally I assist with spend analytics under the framework to get an understanding of how customers are using the Framework. Spend is over £500m since the launch of the program in 2012. -Following market trends in order to support the delivery of the further iterations of the Framework.-Supporting the tender for each iteration of the Framework, which occurs every 6 to 9 months.

Roles and Responsibilities:• MI Collection and data management - Responsible for monthly collection of MI Data from Suppliers. This involves managing supplier to return their MI data in time and offering guidance to them. Once the Data is received I process the data and disperse the information to line management and the wider team.• Business Information Management – Keeping Supplier contact details and information up to date on the various internal business systems.• CloudStore catalogue management – Maintaining the customer facing aspect of the G-Cloud Program. Making certain that the information relating to suppliers services is accurate and up to date allowing customers to find the services they require.• Duty Officer, 2nd Line Customer Support – Supporting the Front line Customer Service Desk. Receiving queries via telephone or CRM System and providing accurate and immediate solutions for the customer. • Supplier Support, query resolution – Answering supplier queries regarding their responsibilities, tendering process and general Framework support.• General Administration Support – Providing the ICT Services team with general administrative support as required.
