• EW Licensed a software package that would teach and enable people to develop their own digital portfolio of websites and monetise it through advertising revenue, eBay and affiliate revenues.• The software was sold in seminars or personal presentations to people wanting to start a home based, online business without being too tech savvy.• I was responsible for demonstrating the technology at all levels, presenting the concept and closing some of the sales.• I created user manuals for our clients ad assisted them with becoming familiar with the technology• Project Managed the build of 450 websites, utilising an outsource team of 12 in Vanuatu and 10 content writers from around the globe. These sites were template based and would be packaged and sold with the software to get clients started with their package.• Sold a personal 600 site parked portfolio that was monetised through third party advertising, eBay and affiliate revenues.

• HSW is an Australian Franchise group that specialises in offering storage solutions in the home.• There are 85 stores in Australia, Singapore, Spain and Ireland• I started with one franchisee and opened a second within my territory in the first two years.• I was responsible for all Aspects of Retail Management, Recruitment, stock control, payroll, budgeting, Sales & Customer Service.• The key to my successes here were allowing the staff to concentrate on the day to day sales in store while I concentrated on additional business in the corporate sector and larger in home installations.• I had 17 full and part-time staff and sold the two franchises in Oct 2008.
