These changes provided customers with better lead-times and improved service from quality to costing.I also played a key factor in a product line transfer from the UK to Canada. As a group, we were able to recover critical timelines while implementing improvements within the Technical Data Package and operational processes.As a responsible production manager I needed to illustrate the necessity of a strong Health and Safety program to employees. The first step was to review the existing programs and attack them as individual sections.
