As network administrators we are responsible to ensure the IT environment is safe and in proper working order for our clients. It is our responsibility to confirm it is being secured with anti-virus protection, firewall protection, and other essential security measures and to ensure successful backups are being achieved. We maintain an equipment inventory, and are responsible for tracking the electronic hardware investments. We also assist end-users with problems they encounter; reaching solutions in a timely and professional manner. This can be done leveraging remote connection tools or onsite visits.Traveling around the South Shore area as Network Administrators for hire, we provide support north of Boston, south to the Cape, and branching into RI; stopping at client's businesses to deploy, troubleshoot, maintain, and manage their technical infa-structure.

Saint Anne'S Hospital ; Steward Health Care

This position is in a high tempo health care environment.We support the hospital on the "ground" for hardware, software, and basic networking.Skills and Achievements- To coordinate, deploy, test, and go live with departmental sized additions (ED, OR, etc.) in a hospital health care environment.  Tracking hardware being deployed using excel spread sheets in an organized manner.  Coordination of work with vendors on vendor/ hospital equipment.  To create bootable discs and bootable USB devices used in this environment.  Reverse engineering application installs and create installation documentation.  Troubleshooting connectivity issues with the devices, cable, and switch.  Using active directory within an organization and in a live environment.  Cisco switch IOS and basic networking in a live environment.

Campanelli Industrial Park - Stoughton, Mass

This was a web offset printing shop. I was a printing press crew operator here and produced black and white books from educational publisher names such as Pearson, Prentice Hall, and Dover. I ran a Timson 1 (British made) unit and a Hantscho 2 unit press here. I also had the opportunity to work on a sheet-fed style 5 color Harris printing press.

Myles Standish Industrial Park - Taunton, Mass

This was a web offset printing shop. They had 3 different pieces of large equipment here: Goss C-700, Goss C-500, Heidleberg Harris. I learned to print on and operate all 3 types of machines. We ran jobs such as Home Depot, Stop and Shop, and Michaels sales flyers at up to 80,000+ copies an hour! Advanced equipment was pretty neat.
