Reporting to the Application Manager, I am responsible for the support and maintenance of application systems within the Legal, Risk, and Compliance areas Responsible for working with business stakeholders and various IT areas, including vendor partners, to ensure business/ technology solutions support business requirements while providing an excellent customer and end-user experience.

- Implementing a web based software solution for Authorization Requests. Clear Coverage integrates with a patient’s health plan for services and procedures. The product also offers the ability to receive an immediate response to that request.- Standardization of all Project artifacts. Created project plan and working with PM's, Business Analysts, and Technical Consultants to capture all documentation utilized for implementations and bringing them up to McKesson standards.- Contractor Administration. Work with outside vendors on all aspects of contractor management. Work with internal legal team to coordinate contract documents are completed appropriately. Interface with vendors and Accounts Payable for the invoicing of contractor hours and expense reports. - Worked with Director of Project Management and Technical Director to put formal problem ticket Triage process in place. Led the Triage meetings and ensured that all tickets were being assigned and worked on.- Currently represent the Decision Management Services team on two cross McKesson councils that are driving towards standardization across Service organizations.

Manage a team of 15 developers utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, Informatica, and JAVA.Manage a team of 3 Business Objects developers.Responsible for maintaining existing and creating new data structures utilized by our on-line and reporting applications.Responsible for delivering business intelligence solutions to our internal customers including designing and creating universes, consultation on report and dashboard development, as well as administration of the Business Objects application.Development includes information gathering, design, programming, UNIT testing, QA support, and production implementation.Work closely and collaborate with internal Systems Analysts, Testers, and Project Managers, as well as our business sponsors.Project Management role for small projects and maintenance items.
