Directed and managed a 28-person team responsible for testing Excel Communications business systems that included order management, provisioning, fulfillment, gateways, billing, Rep Care, paging systems, tax and financial systems.Responsible for creating application test plans, testing methodology process oversight, scheduling and logistics to complete all business application test and results verification. The engagement process and ultimate results at the new year were proven successful.

Lead initial Datacenter Assessment engagement for Cedel Bank located in Luxembourg. Originated and managed Task Orders associated with work to be performed. Coordinated USA based TDY resources to travel and assist.Successfully completed adjustment of OS/390 system performance tuning parameters, interactive systems, database, storage subsystem performance and configuration. Assessed batch scheduling dependencies and throughput. Directed team working with Client operations staff to execute a phased migration from an in-house developed legacy batch scheduling system to CA Scheduler.
