About Dan Hymowitz

For more than ten years, Dan Hymowitz has been a leader at the intersection of government delivery and innovation. As the former lead for the Mayor of Baltimore's Office of Performance and Innovation (OPI), Senior Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change/Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative, and advisor to government executives at every level, Dan’s expertise in public service and change management has helped governments across the world better serve people and communities.
