Handled all print production within the Impress Group. Responsible for large format, digital and flat bed digital print production. Worked directly with the sales team handling accounts such as River Island, The British Library, L'Oreal and GE Medical. Planned and organised large roll outs for retail clients and dealt with exhibition stands including installation. Responsible for deciding which companies were our preferred suppliers including other print companies, material suppliers, installation companies. Reported directly to the Managing Director.

Responsible for the print finishing of all digital, litho and large format printed items. Headed up a team of 5 members of staff. Dealt with guillotining, booklet making, creasing and folding machines, laminators, stitching lines. Also handled large format print finishing including laminating, mounting, hemming and eyeletting.Developed procedures for all finishing techniques, delivery requirements and finishing production schedules.Worked to tight deadlines and responsible for the quality control of all work that left the building.Reported directly to the Production Manager.
