I assist with the external communications of the Postdoc Academy, showcasing training and workshops, while also raising awareness of postdoc activities in the Cambridge ecosystem and further afield. I do this primarily through the weekly newsletter, social media accounts, and the website.

The main tasks of my role included:- Developing and delivering regular social media activity in support of the Foundation, and to engage its audiences- Monitoring social media channels and identifying opportunities for digital engagement with existing and new potential audiences- Producing digital and print collateral to support promotions- Reporting on social media impact, engagement, and activity- Gathering and drafting content for the regular internal and external newsletters- Setting up and providing technical support for online events, and supporting logistics of in-person events- Keeping the website content accurate and up-to-date

The main tasks of my role included:- Scheduling promotional posts across multiple social media channels; compiling campaign analysis reports; sourcing and creating images.- Maintaining, updating, and creating content for the Cambridge Core website.- Proofreading and uploading author posts to the Cambridge blogs.- Working with the Design team and external contractors to create promotional artwork for bookpromotion.- Co-organising book award nominations for UK, Europe Middle-East and Africa, and the US.
