Managed the short-term mission trip program for the church’s young adult ministry, Frontline, at four campuses with congregations totaling on average of 2,000 attendees. Commissioned and sent roughly 15-20 trips per year to serve with ministry partners around the world.- Recruited, interviewed, trained and discipled volunteer ministry leaders. - Oversaw a volunteer community of over 150 leaders from the various Frontline campuses.- Began a partnership with Mission of Hope Haiti and continued partnering relationships with organizations in Kenya, Tanzania, Brazil, and Southeast Asia.- Participated in other church ministry roles such as overseeing the baptism process, assisting with funerals, teaching leadership trainings and Bible Study workshops, delivering announcements, and leading a small group Bible study.- Lead or personally participated in seven mission or vision planning trips internationally.

Worked with the Executive Pastor in handling the daily operations of McLean Bible Church, a multi-campus non-denominational church in the Washington, DC metro area. Weekly church attendance averages over 13,000 people across the six physical campus locations and an Internet Campus. - Served as the key contact for the Board of Elders and Executive Leadership Team of the church.- Handled the church’s yearly budget totaling more than $23 million in 2009.- Managed several ongoing special projects for the Executive Pastor.

Managed the day-to-day operations of the RNC Chairman’s Office in order to ensure the Chief of Staff could focus her attention on running the committee. Job responsibilities included supervising the Special Assistant and Executive Assistants to the Chairman and Chief of Staff, tracking RNC fundraising and all spending requests, managing the RNC approval process, various special projects for the Chief of Staff, and scheduling for the Chairman and Chief of Staff. - Tracked the RNC budget totalling over $400 million for the 2007-2008 cycle.- Key liaison for the White House on all RNC related needs, including any briefing materials for events including the President, Vice President, First Lady or other Administration surrogates.- Proofed and edited contracts, invitations, press releases, web correspondence and emails, and direct mail in the RNC approval process before the Chief of Staff’s final sign off.- Coordinated the logistics for over 200 RNC staff and guests at the 2008 Republican National Convention.

Supported the Great Lakes Regional Political Director in directing various state Republican Parties and political campaigns to develop and execute successful grassroots programs for the 2005 and 2006 elections.- Worked and communicated with leadership in five Republican State parties, over 10 campaigns and 30 RNC Victory staff in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin. - Oversaw five RNC State Victory budgets totaling over $9 million.- Scheduled and planned over twenty events for the RNC Chairman, Co-Chair and other surrogates; and prepared travel and political briefing papers for each event.- Deployed into Ohio to manage and supervise the grassroots programs for the 2nd Congressional District Special election, as well as the 2005 General Election.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Managed all aspects of the campaign’s political strategic plan within thirty-one counties of Northwest and Central Minnesota, including four campaign target counties. - Managed the activities in two campaign satellite offices and oversaw the work of two Victory staffers.- Trained volunteer leaders on the grassroots program at several Republican meetings.- Organized multiple surrogate events, including a stop on a Presidential bus tour, a Vice Presidential Town Hall meeting, and rally with the First Lady.
