Work I've done the last several years. (Updated 01/20/2021)Current Functions and Responsibilities:• Analyzing customer and internal quality documents, including manufacturing planning,specifications, procedures, and purchase orders and present to Quality Engineering forapproval.• Standard Instruction Plans (SIP) for the manufacturing shop floor. Which is creating visuals or shop aids for the In Process or Final Inspections.• Created and designed a digital SIP Programs, using CAD screenshots with the support of IT and Engineering.• Preparing FAI's for Final Inspection: Delta and Full• Is a liaison between Inspection and Quality Engineering, Marketing, Shipping and Engineering Departments.• Read and interpret internal and customer drawings, including basic understanding of GeometricDimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).• Supports Quality Clinics on the shop floor.• Also supports the following: Internal Audits, Containments, Customer Returns, Inspections and Corrective Actions across multiple buildings and locations.Past Functions and Process Improvements:• Since there is a high volume of parts going through the inspection cell daily, I worked with IT to develop and test software to help prevent customer returns, making both the internal and external customers happy. This also helps Exotic Metals go paperless and will support our inspection department. I have created over 1900 inspection documents and while creating those documents I have also created over 700 CAD models for our engineering department. I also was involved in giving a report out and shared with all the supervisors how successful this project has turned out. • Worked with our engineering department to design various tool drawing using 3D software (NX Unigraphics). This helps the company and shareholders greatly because our engineering department was back up with work and I jumped in to support.• Worked on small other various projects, using lean, Six Sigma, 5S, process maps, and analyzing data as some of the methods used to while working on any improvement project, and communicating to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.Computer and System Knowledge:- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook- TipQA, Ilinx, Customer Portals and Infor XA (Commercial ERP Software)- Adobe Products: InDesign, Photoshop- 3D CAD modeling and drafting (Siemens NX), - General IT support and troubleshooting.- Own a PC with Windows 10, I am very knowledgeable with computers and am always willing and eager to learn more.
