As Supply Chain Manager I would engage numerous stakeholders across the business to drive through change, ensuring both consistency of service and improvements in parallel. Now also responsible for logistics I oversaw a change in supplier across our entire network to deliver a best in class service to our customers.

Working with four direct reports I took responsibility for all warehouse activity. This included the reduction of aged stock, credit management for faulty stock and customer waiting list reduction via both finished goods stock availability and migration stock. During my time as Merchandising Manager I oversaw a change of 3PL from one DC to another.

Responsible for moving stock through WIP at the DC. I ensured goods in, quality control and distribution SLAs were adhered too. I also managed all RTV processes for the indemnification of faulty stock.

Responsible for the day-to-day liaison between our Customer Service teams and our third party repair centres. I would manage queries, exceptions and SLA adherence at our 3PR. Solely responsible for providing market values to fulfil claims where stock was not available.
