Due to the coronavirus pandemic I have had a period of accelerated learning in order to understand all aspects of wholesale risk which impact our portfolio. This was a challenge but I continue to play my part in supporting customers and colleagues during this difficult time.I have carefully managed my career since graduating from Liverpool University. I have made deliberate decisions and sacrifices in order to leverage opportunities to stretch my capabilities. I am an advocate of change having travelled considerably during my childhood and studying abroad. I have a passion for personal development and I continuously put myself forward for tasks outside my comfort zone in order to improve and develop my skill set. The core purpose of this role is to support the Senior Area Manager in the achievement of area objectives with key responsibility for the management of Account Acquisition and the Business Development process.I am an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of significantly exceeding sales targets and building strong mutually beneficial relationships. My holistic approach was developed in previous roles and has proven to be a solid foundation for my success.I have a high level of analytical, communication and presentation skills. I have expert technical skills in a number of software packages including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. I am regarded as someone who can produce and create bespoke, automated, aesthetically pleasing analysis, reports, papers and project documents.This role has provided me with invaluable commercial experience. During this role I was responsible for managing the business performance of a wide variety of motor dealers, achieving overall sales and profitability objectives whilst managing wholesale and retail risk. I managed dealer relationships and assisted in the commercial performance of those dealerships in order to achieve our sales targets and regulatory objectives.I am highly focused on delivering an excellent service for my dealers and ensuring the right outcomes are always achieved for our customers.

The key purpose of my role was to manage, manipulate and analyse data and management information and provide full reporting suites for Motor Finance to support the sales performance, strategic development and delivery of the projects and initiatives that were required in the pursuit of the Motor Finance Business Plan.
