Annual budget of $80M and staff of 65. Led forward and reverse logistics for operations, processing up to 80,000 monthly equipment transactions for 622,000 customers. Managed vehicle fleet of 850 and all leases, maintenance, and construction for 56 facilities (technical sites, call centers, warehouses, retail stores) with an annual operations budget of $21M; staff of four.• Led all purchasing activities ($60-160M) including consumer electronics, marketing materials, packaging, furniture, IT equipment, vehicles, RF distribution electronics, and cable supporting 7,500 miles of a hybrid fiber optic cable network and 2,200 employees.• Effectively led team of 65 production and warehouse FTEs to process 1.2M pieces of electronic equipment (testing, repair, kitting).
