Law Ruler was immensely successful and experienced high-velocity growth over seven years before it was acquired by a private equity firm to scale the company's success even further.Before Law Ruler, I built three (3) other startup companies from scratch into multi-million dollar businesses. - Florida Micro: In the earlier part of my professional career, from 2002 until late 2011, I built Florida Micro, a technology company from a garage-based 1-person startup into a publicly-traded company with over $36 million in annual revenue that was ranked in the top 3% of IT companies in North America within its category.- IT Strategies Group (ITSG): I co-founded and developed this concept from a startup into a highly profitable, multi-million dollar entity focused on the legal, accounting, and insurance markets. The Oil Claim Calculator became the #1 software solution for the largest legal matter in the history of the United States, the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, and was used to help victims successfully file over 3 Billion Dollars in BP claims. - Poker Pro Media: Started this as a hobby business while playing Texas Hold Em Poker in my free time and grew it into a multi-million dollar entity. While playing at poker tournaments, I realized that there was no strong media presence for players and advertisers and sought to create one. When I exited the business, the circulation was half of Forbes magazine, and the business was expanded internationally throughout Europe.
