Worked alongside lead Clinical Neuropsychologist Dr Lynne Aitkenhead on a clinical audit, spanning 25 years, of the Charles Dent Metabolic Unit, which supports those with inherited metabolic disorders, Research specifically explored psychosocial outcomes in children born to mothers with Phenylketonuria and involved management, organisation, verification and analysis of large quantities of data culminating in a written report.

Provision of psychological support, in collaboration with schools and practitioners, to bereaved children and their families addressing the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive responses to bereavement. Accountability for numerous aspects of the charity encompassing the facilitation, leadership and management of group events. Assisted Grenfell United in supporting bereaved children survivors of the Grenfell fire.Key achievement: creative thinking and innovative expertise used to establish a unique peer support service for bereaved young adults between the ages of 18 and 25.

Supported leading child psychologist, Louis Weinstock, throughout the development of a novel psychological support application for bereaved children and adolescents. Implemented evidence-based techniques to develop emotional literacy and empower and encourageactive engagement and social interaction in order to inform, educate and entertain.Key achievement: The application, ‘Apart of Me’, was listed in the 2020 American Library Association Notable Children’s Digital Media List.
