I have been with Bevcomm for 16 years based in our New Prague office. During the past 5 years I have been working as a Solutions Engineer. Bevcomm has certified technicians on several different Telephony platforms. With this offering, I am able to tailor and customize Telephony Solutions to accommodate to your specific needs. I pride myself on involvement throughout the entire process from the first meeting to asses your wants and needs, proposing a customized solution, as well as installing and training in on your new telephony solution as well. In this new position I get to diversify and assist businesses in increasing their productivity and knowing I am providing Businesses with the best tailored solution.

Discover and maintain customer relations. To install, program and maintain ESI communication servers in a professional manner. I also installed DSL for business and residential customers and troubleshot accordingly. Also during my time as a combination technician I was able to learn and maintain the telephone switch in our central office in New Prague.
