Planning: 1) Build and maintain EGA-L Business Plan based on EGA-A PT Die Business Plan (Incoporate Midterm Quality Updates)2) Build and maintain Midterm Policy Tree based on EGA-A PT Die Strategy. Set EGA-L PT Die Strategy. Set control items, targets and responsibility. Track progress and status with Midterm Quality updates.3) Build EGA-L Master Schedule based on HMA and HPG die schedules.4) Control and coordinate EGA-L PT die work load (Die assembly, Try support, Quality, RFEA's, EGA-L inside mfg. capacity and outsourced work. & Supplier development for EGA-L.) 5) Billable hour control for project hoursoutside of EGA-L S-budget. Control sales, GOGS, and Control Fee 6) Make EGA-L PT Die weekly report to show status of all current activity. 7)Prepare, present and support Powertrain die activity for North America Southern Region (workload, localization) 8) Control for all HMAand HPG quoting. 9) Communication with all HMA and HPG for all requests (emergency, RFEA , quaotes and etc.) 10)Lead spec meetings to ensure concensus between EGA , EGA-L and the plants 11) Construct maker layout for each project to show all detail and responsibility for EGA-A, EGA-L and the plants.12) Work one on one with associates to transfer knowledge and assist with their developement.13) Liason between vendors and other EGA sections for design, models, updates and etc. Clarify and supply information needed for work sent to vendors.14) All other customer requests as needed

(Assist in development of current and new suppliers to Po Mold Division)· Research, investigate, and implement solutions to moderately complex problems ( Po Mold OS supplier capacities and workload sheet) · Make daily decisions in technical area of responsibility and apply across functional area ( Provide information to our suppliers from specific areas of EGA pulling from their knowledge and technical background) · Effectively lead EGA / Division projects / themes of moderate complexity and scope (Lead the PPC group for PO OS supplier. Focusing on improved communications between OS and EGA) · Effectively sell ideas, collaborate and build consensus across Block / Division / EGA (Need for new and additional suppliers for PO mold) · Serve as technical expert in area of responsibility, sharing knowledge formally and informally with others (Build my technical expertise in the PO area so that I can pull from my own experience when working with both internal and external customers) · Build advanced technical and EGA / HNA business knowledge (Train and improve my skills in the area of finance to help better control cost for EGA)
