I currently lead on the Oxford Saïd Entrepreneurship Forum (OSEF), digital innovation and data for the Entrepreneurship Centre at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. OSEF: Responsible for leading strategy, delivery and curation of the conference. DIGITAL: Drive the centre's digital innovation and projects including the wider university facing entrepreneurship school (E-School). DATA: Oversee the centre's CRM activities via Salesforce including the reporting of all engagement and programming activity.I am experienced in entrepreneurship, operations directing and complex event management.My multi-skillset includes all aspects of events, operations and project management including leadership, communication skills, financial budgeting, documentation, stakeholder management, logistics, team management, project planning, health and safety, strategy and lots more. I ran my own business for 8 years.During my career I have event directed some of the UK’s largest and most complicated long distance triathlon events. I led on over 20 high profile IRONMAN events over the years. As Operations Director for IRONMAN in the UK between 2011 and 2015 I was an integral part in overseeing the growth in athlete participation numbers from around 2,000 to over 10,000 annually for the IRONMAN brand. This also included delivering a huge year one event at a scale of 2,500 athletes with multiple sites including transport systems.
