Maintain a customer satisfaction program with a 3rd party company to ensure we maintain industry leading customer service. I sit on 4 advisory boards with local technical colleges to maintain relationships to seed the procurement of qualified technicians. In charge of fleet procurement and oversee maintenance operations for 60+ unit fleet. Develop and oversee PSSR program, and lead branch management to insure goals are being met successfully.
