Client Services Specialist Iii
CurrentFor the last 10 years, I have worked at HSHS (Hospital Sisters Health System) as part of their front line IT support desk. Since starting with them I have had the privilege to learn and grow in their organization. Since then I've learned the importance of building relationships with clients, as well as managing my own work queue. This has involved both supporting fellow colleagues in our hospital system as well as patients who needed support. I've always maintained a high importance in documentation and understanding our service level agreements for our tickets and tasks. I've gotten the opportunity to grow from an entry position into a top performer in our IT support desk that other members of can ask me for advice or coaching. I've also spent time reviewing as well as adding to our own knowledge base and processes. My previous work history has taught me the importance of prioritizing work based on importance as well as time, as well as always keeping detailed documentation of any incident/cases that I have assigned to me or assigned to myself. I can manage my own workload, work individually or with a team. If I am unable to solve the issue myself, I also have experience working with other IT teams to review or escalate critical issues. I am always willing to learn or adapt to new changes or additions to existing processes.
