Work with individuals, institutions, and organizations that are determined to help everyone live be more resourced, stable life. Train teams to understand the resource poverty individuals face and help them become self-sufficient. Programs include Bridges Out of Poverty and Getting Ahead while Getting Out.

Manage the instruction and curriculum design of the NM public high school online driver education program hosted by PVREC8 in Artesia NM.

HagermanForward was started in 2010 as a charitable organization to assist the community and the residents of Hagerman, NM through donations, education, direct services, and volunteers. We welcome your requests as well as your donations of time, money, and material. HagermanForward was granted 501(c)(3) status by the IRS in 2011, so your contributions are tax deductible.Co-chaired Hagerman Old Timer Day which is a community celebration held every other year. Hosted multiple craft markets bringing community members together to buy and sell crafts and home-based business products. Worked with NMDOT and Candy Spence Ezzell to bring back historic marker to the Rio Felix bridge in Hagerman.Created www.townofhagerman.com website for community.

Since 1996 planned, implemented, and maintained district technology including VoIP, intercom, fire, photocopiers, wireless, servers, firewalls, end-user devices including computers, tablets and laptops, and interactive whiteboards, as well as website, email and mobile app.For 2019-20 school year lead district grades 6 through 12 adoption and successful implementation of Summit Learning curriculum, site conditions, data, and staff training. Taught classes ranging from Cisco Certified Networking Associate (producing New Mexico's first female certified CCNA high school student); to Project Lead the Way engineering design and drawing, architecture, robotics, and principles of engineering; to computer applications and programming; to driver education.Wrote district's first student management system to connect with New Mexico PED Accountability Data System, the precursor to STARS. Migrated to JMAC Principal's Aide in 2002, then to the management of Edupoint Synergy SIS in 2017 forward. Complete STARS reporting and compliance.Coordinate and deliver district testing including SBA, Discovery, PARCC, ACT, AP, ASVAB, Accuplacer, EOCs and PSAT.Managed E-rate for district since inception in 1998. Wrote and received multiple grants of over $1,500,000 to grow district technology and curriculum resources. Digitized yearbook collection from 1947 to present. Presented to multiple local school districts and state-wide conferences on topics such as: Interpreting MAP Test Results for Classroom Teachers, Incorporating the iPad into Classroom Lessons, How to Navigate the SBA and Create Meaningful Lessons.

While at RCC working for NMCD, started the Building Trades program which teaches inmates construction skills like concrete, framing, drywall, roofing, and stucco through building homes for families with Habitat for Humanity of Artesia. The program also provides instruction on employability skills, entrepreneurship, and academic improvement. Inmates completed the first house in January 2015 after six months of building.Designed the state-wide education tracking database used by all public and private prison facilities in 2004-2007. Web-based system was created in SQL with ASP.NET front-end. Assisted in the data transition from the Education Bureau Database to the current OMP system.Taught many different vocational technical classes from basic office applications to A+ certification to advanced music and video editing applications and graphic design.Managed inmate library of 5,000 titles. Successfully solicited over 1,000 donated titles over the years to expand and maintain the collection.Presented at multiple state-wide corrections conferences on topics from: Using the Education Bureau Database, Implementing Common Core in the GED Classroom, and How to Incorporate Equipped for the Future Goal Setting in the Classroom.In addition, now the custodian of records for RCC education. Also providing TABE assessments for students enrolling and continuing in Adult Basic Education classes as well as the GED Ready assessment for those looking to sit for the GED test.

Provided instruction for Computer Fundamentals I and II and Driver Education for approximately 80 students per year for a total of 450 over the five years. Redesigned the Driver Education course to include Common Core linkages and additional simulations and interactive exercises. In August of 2016 Quality Matters certified the Driver Education course making IDEAL-NM the first K-12 entity to have an approved course under the new rubric.

Served on board during three home builds that partnered with NM Department of Corrections Roswell Correctional Center to teach inmates construction skills while building home framing offsite, transporting to home site and erecting, ultimately completing all phases of construction.

Helped coordinate statewide transition services conference of over 100 people. Created database system to track services provided to special education clients and generate HCFA-1500 forms for Medicaid billing. Managed grants and budgets for several programs. Provided technical assistance to four member school district special education departments.
