Focused on continued growth of Private Exchanges/Insurance Marketplaces, Benefit Administration and Electronic Enrollment Technology Platforms, and Live Quoting Platforms. Marketing: Drives growth by working with partners to ensure EyeMed products are placed and marketed to brokers, clients, and employees. This include shelf-rated plan designs, Links to EyeMed broker and client facing websites, and informational flyers. Regular ongoing evaluation/refresh of products, pricing, and materials.Partnership:Conduct partnership meetings including regular ongoing operational meetings and annual strategy reviews. Works with our partners to develop efficient processes that work for both parties. This includes Sales processes like Quote Requests and RFP's as well as Operational Processes like EDI enrollment files or New Group Implementation.Create Internal Efficiencies:Work with subject matter experts from different departments as needed based on the topic to develop Sales processes and Implementation process for this segment. Continue to seek feedback in order to evaluate and revise processes that make it easy and efficient for internal teams to do their work. Internal Training/Education:Build the business by educating internal Sales and Account Management team and Operational teams including Implementation. Create and continue to update training materials and guides. Regularly lead and join team meetings to give updates and distribute reference materials. Single point of contact internally for all questions related to the Private Exchange/Marketplace segment.

Works with external clients to meet their needs through; reporting, timely responses, as well as develop cost lowering solutions.
