Identified performance gaps which spurred pricing changes on two transfers – increasing competitiveness and stemming initial shortfall, resulting in a net new business benefit of over $1M in premium.• Analyzed efficacy of new business growth programs, including a nationwide impact assessment of expanding Account-Level Price-Match, a Book Transfer pricing lever with the potential annual benefit of 5,000 new business policies. Recommendation to leadership resulted in nationwide rollout of program with strong early returns.
