Over the last 19 years, I have continued to learn and expand on my leadership skills as a shift supervisor in the printing/converting field. I have worked my way up through the ranks from printing machine operator up to current position of shift supervisor.I have extensive familiarity with lean manufacturing through 6-s practices, and Kaizen events. This has helped me engage in all areas I have worked, not only to increase manufacturing efficiencies, but to also make the production floor a safer more organized work environment.My experience in the mechanics of converting equipment has made it possible for me to travel both, locally and abroad for machine acquisitions and check outs.I have gained a great deal of scheduling experience in both operations equipment and employee assignments.
