- Collaborated on approximately 30 custom segmentation studies over the course of employment utilizing attitudinal, demographic, and purchasing data to perform cluster analyses - Analyzed data from custom questionnaires for clients seeking to increase their sales, test new product concepts, and effectively target consumers- Performed statistical analyses including factor analyses, k-means cluster analyses, regressions and discriminant function analyses using SPSS- Analyzed data from a wide ranging client list across industries such as Entertainment, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals, and Insurance- Served as the primary data contact for segmentation studies for Panera Bread, Boston Red Sox, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Dr. Scholl’s, and Greatland Corporation- Created excel tools to automate segment assignment and determine whether new respondents qualify for qualitative research- Developed algorithms to apply client segmentations to larger databases such as the GfK MRI Survey of the American Consumer as well as client databases
