    Coordinated multi-agency collaboration (Community Corrections Partnership) Coordination efforts resulted in the reduction of re-offending among high risk male offenders and a “Model Program” recognized by the Ohio Department of Youth Services and the United States Justice Department.Facilitated the creation of a female offender probation program and Blueprint for Managing At-Risk Adolescent Females. Successfully implemented the juvenile court portion of the blueprint and positioned the court to serve as catalyst for attaining the regional objectives.Led an organizational strategic planning and implementation initiative. The strategic planning initiative resulted in improved programming and performance, staff buy-in and a clear organization direction.Coordinated a three year research project with the University Of Cincinnati, Department Of Criminal Justice. The project resulted in a validated risk assessment and case plan template for the Hamilton County, Ohio juvenile offender population.Responsible for the supervision of over 50 staff members including 2 deputy chief probation officers, 6 supervisors, 30 probation officers, 5 victim impact officers and a full support team. Responsible for a daily caseload of 1500 clients.Designed a comprehensive organization training protocol from the organization mission and critical business needs. Instituting this model resulted in process improvements, improved utilization of process / performance measurements, improved performer output and increased morale.Facilitated the creation of purchased service contracts for a two million dollar service budget. The structured relationships ensured that contractor performance fell within Evidence Based Practice parameters.
