Developed an 8 – 10 people cohort for coaching, training and collaboration including teacher lead teams, classrooms, clubs, organizations and ad hoc groups. The project resulted in the following modules: Math department student performance improvement; Special education department team meetings; Twelfth grade team meetings; Rising Seniors family/student collaboration; Twelfth grade English class.Lakota Local Schools, Westchester, OH -Trained and coached external consultant and internal leaders during a one year Superintendent lead whole system change initiative.City of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH - Coached external consultant and internal leaders during a City Manager imitative to bring Participatory Processes to City Operations. The project resulted in a Participatory Budgeting Initiative.Cincinnati Public Schools Cincinnati, OH – Conducted School Climate Analysis and developed ongoing improvement plan. Developed 10-12 person cohort for coaching, training and collaboration during Superintendent lead initiative for process improvement. The focus was: Community Learning Centers; Local school organizations such as PTA, clubs etc. The initiative resulted in: Cross functional large group gatherings; Burton Elementary teacher lead school culture team; Pleasant Ridge Montessori School PTA lead (6-9) teacher, parent and student retreat; Professional development; Team building; Consultation and Coaching for Community Learning Center Coordinator.

Facilitated fundamental and advance managerial and supervisory skill development sessions for all county administrative and supervisory staff. As a result of the training, managers and supervisors learned valuable leadership skills which improved performance in their respective organizations.

Coordinated multi-agency collaboration (Community Corrections Partnership) Coordination efforts resulted in the reduction of re-offending among high risk male offenders and a “Model Program” recognized by the Ohio Department of Youth Services and the United States Justice Department.Facilitated the creation of a female offender probation program and Blueprint for Managing At-Risk Adolescent Females. Successfully implemented the juvenile court portion of the blueprint and positioned the court to serve as catalyst for attaining the regional objectives.Led an organizational strategic planning and implementation initiative. The strategic planning initiative resulted in improved programming and performance, staff buy-in and a clear organization direction.Coordinated a three year research project with the University Of Cincinnati, Department Of Criminal Justice. The project resulted in a validated risk assessment and case plan template for the Hamilton County, Ohio juvenile offender population.Responsible for the supervision of over 50 staff members including 2 deputy chief probation officers, 6 supervisors, 30 probation officers, 5 victim impact officers and a full support team. Responsible for a daily caseload of 1500 clients.Designed a comprehensive organization training protocol from the organization mission and critical business needs. Instituting this model resulted in process improvements, improved utilization of process / performance measurements, improved performer output and increased morale.Facilitated the creation of purchased service contracts for a two million dollar service budget. The structured relationships ensured that contractor performance fell within Evidence Based Practice parameters.

Trained graduate level teaching professionals in Student Social Skills and Classroom Behavior Management. The course resulted in teachers and administrators acquiring the skills to better manage their classroom and the school building learning environment.
