-Develop strategy proposals for recommendation to the Board and ensure that agreed strategies are reflected in the business.-Develop annual plans, consistent with agreed strategies, for presentation to the Board for support.-Plan human resourcing to ensure that the Company has the capabilities and resources required to achieve its plans.-Develop an organisational structure and establish processes and systems to ensure the efficient organisation of resources.-Ensure that financial results, business strategies, targets and milestones are communicated to the shareholders.-Develop and promote effective communication with shareholders and other relevant constituencies. -Develop processes and structures to ensure that capital investment proposals are reviewed thoroughly, that associated risks are identified and appropriate steps taken to manage the risks.-Providing coherent leadership of the company, including, representing the Group to customers, suppliers, government, shareholders, financial institutions, employees, the media, the community and the public.-Develope strategic financial procedures to provide the basis for management decisions and control and maintain integrity of company policies.-Support the affiliated companies mission proactively while providing independent judgement necessary to meet groups objectives and policies.-Regularly review the operational performance and strategic direction of the Group’s business.-Regularly review the group’s organizational structure and recommend changes as appropriate.-Ensure that the companies within the group balance sheet is managed effectively in order to meet statutory and internal rules and regulations.-Ensure that all the companies within the group assets and liabilities are appropriately priced in order to strengthen the overall group.-Establish a harmonious and open relationship with the Chief Executive officers of all the companies under the group.
