Directed and managed projects within a regulated pipeline organization. Conducted several cost evaluations for the commercial and E&C groups. Evaluations ranged from a new cryogenic processing plant, pipelines/compression, rebuilding of an existing cryogenic plant and addressing action items associated with a new plant start-up.

Managed commercial projects for Southwest Wyoming assets. Managed a team of 3 Commercial Development Representatives, a Contract Administrator and a Forecasting and Planning Analyst.Completed re-contracting negotiations for gathering and processing services.Worked on business development opportunities to acquire gas packages that were outside of the Wyoming footprint. Investigated the viability of installing a large diameter interstate pipeline to transport unprocessed natural gas. Assisted in the development and completion of an interconnect agreement with a new interstate pipeline.

Managed operational assets and 100+ personnel in Rocky Mountain Area.Responsible for all operational aspects of the business in order to maintain maximum NGL production, 3,500 miles of gathering pipelines and approximately 180,000 horsepower of compression (turbine and reciprocating drivers). Responsible for Environmental compliance and all safety aspects of PSM facilities.Planned and managed a multi-million annual operations and maintenance budget.
