As General Counsel (Regions) I have responsibility for leading a team to deliver a first class legal service to support our colleagues in maintaining, operating and enhancing the UK rail network. There are eight routes in total, geographically split across the UK, with eight leadership teams and 25,000 employees to support - from Managing Directors to front line staff.
