Leads and grows a team of engineers (and contractors) for all New York State with over 200 combined years of experience. Manage multimillion dollar budgets to support program goals. Our team of electrical, mechanical, industrial, HVAC engineers and contractors deliver excellence in engaging our customers, vendors and internal sales force in implementing facility improvements focused on energy. Manage multiple technical assistance contractors to aid our team in technology reviews, product implementation and comprehensive facility energy surveys(Energy Plans). Represent National Grid's interests by building and maintaining strategic relationships with major accounts, key stakeholders, community leaders and government officials to enhance the companies presence, brand and reputation. Communicating and directing customers on policy, rates, program offerings and various other company initiatives. Foster strong relations with local businesses to deliver local economic development activity. Manage accounts totaling over $100Million annual revenue. Serve as key face of the company in the region, representing at various venues. Lead National Grid's Energy Efficiency program execution through assisting our commercial/industrial customers with Energy Management. Develop strategies to deliver new products, processes and services to our customers.Job requirements include engaging with commercial/ industrial customers and vendors/ contractors to identify energy conservation measures. Once identified, assist with procuring projects in the form of incentive $ and providing technical support.Projects include: Lighting, Air Compressors, HVAC equipment (chillers, RTU's, Heat Pumps...), Pumps, Fans, VFD's, Vending Misers, Manufacturing processes, Data Centers, Elevators, Transformers, Wastewater Treatment equipment, Building Control Systems...Completed over 700 applications, equating to over 61,600,000 kWh saved and over $7,000,000 in incentives to our customers.

Project Manager of several HVAC and Plumbing Projects ranging from $5,000 - $4,000,000+. Managing over $10 million in projects.Projects include: HVAC (chiller plants, RTUs, AHUs...),Building management systems and Plumbing. Responsible for all aspects of project execution. Experience with projects budget and maintaining them throughout the projects life. Material procurement, labor scheduling and tracking. Leadership ability, time and people management skills to successfully complete multiple projects. Effective in communicating with customers and coworkers.
