Having Trained Initially as a Gateway Assessor with in the bureau interviewing clients on there first visit to Bureaux to assess the next best steps for the client, These steps could include Referrals, making further appoinmentments with General or Specialist advisors. On my progress with the Bureau i am now helping to develop and maintain a secure and cost effective IT System within the Bureau. This process has given me skills in Domain Management, Active Directory and Security. as well as being a Member of the IT Sub-Committee which meets on a regular basis to discuss stratagy's and time scales to implement changes and proposals to present to the Board of Trustees

Working out of the Branston corporate office I was the first point of contact to Hotels and Corporate users in the EMEA region for IT Support. My role included a vast array of tasks including user management in Active Directory, remote session support through Bomgar and Remote desktop, user profile management server-side and client-side, RSA Key authentication management and basic functions including printer installs on severs, “non-standard” software installs working with the groups approved vendors providing support to users on basic support functions of their software or liaising with Sites and Vendors on fixes, required Downtime and chasing to ensure SLA targets were being reached. This role required a high level of efficiency and forward planning to ensure the correct calls were being actioned against SLA targets to avoid SLA breaches and potential impact on hotel revenue. If a problem required more in depth work from second or third line support I needed to ensure the correct SLA had been selected for the call and all relevant first line fixes had been actioned and documented to allow 2nd and 3rd line support to discover the root cause of the problem.

• Graphic Design - Desiging new labels to customer specifications.• Programming - Programming of our digital print engines using DOS and Turbo Pascal.• Plate Making - Creation of Flexographic printing plates.• Complaint investigation - Investigating breaks in our quaility system where we have had printing issues and diagosing the reasons behind the complaint.• Product Marketing - Responsible for Twitter, Blogging and innovative product marketing• General warehouse duties from packing rolls off a rewinder in to boxes to despatching shipments to our customers.

Taking calls through the companies call centre based at East Midlands Airport, dealing with customer enquiries, providing quotes, making ad-hoc bookings, gaining sales leads to pass on to the business development team. I also tracked shipments for customers using the Airway bill number providided with all shipments. Actions as a result of tracking a shipment could have been escalating for further investigation or providing a first time resolution to the customer.
