Duties included providing technical support to clients via telephone, and computer with regard to Internet connectivity, e-mail problems, and configuration setups. As well as configuring e-mail programs such as Eudora, Outlook, Communicator, and Internet mail, occasionally assisted with computer shows, and performed various office duties such as publishing documentation materials, and customer billing.
