Followed by, a great succession of minds George Bernard Shaw first wrote "I dream things that never were; and I say, ‘Why not?’" This is a core philosophy I have followed throughout my several years. To me, above all an environment which both affirms and promotes enterprise collectively exceeds expectation. I bring an approach which is both strategically focused, as well as dedicated to directing people through objectives, while also inspiring and motivating these individuals to drive themselves. I am adept in the art of emotional intelligence and apply it in a way which yields the best results. I am perpetually focused on change recognizing that continual improvements can be achieved in people and their activities, but also how change can have an infinite and profound affect on the continued successes of an organization. A commonly coined phrase tells us: leadership is doing the right thing and management is doing things right. This illustrates how the two skill sets are holistic in nature and to be well-rounded, you must have the ability to manage the day to day tasks, deliver results, while seeing the opportunity for change and the big picture. Being able to blend these two styles is truly a unique skill set. There are an abundance of managers in the in the world, but very few leaders.
