Picabo Street Academy is an innovative private Academy created to best support elite athletes, students with an extracurricular passion, artists, actors, musicians, etc... Truly anyone who needs an exceptional private school to work WITH them as opposed to a school who they have to "fit into". PSA supports our students 12 months a year, and provides incredible access to amazing coursework opportunities nearly 365 days a year. Students learn, and truly engage in their learning process, during times that work best for them. I have created PSA to have incredibly flexible scheduling so that students no longer have to choose between school and sport, but instead, can actually customize their education to meet their needs. PSA is an enhanced blended model with the best of many worlds folded together to best meet a students specific needs; the best of technology based learning, mastery based learning, and project based learning, combined with face to face brick and mortar meetings with teachers, mentors, and educational administrators all focused around student-centric learning! Students no longer need to only learn Physics in a specific classroom, on a specific day, and only when the bell rings, from one perspective with one teacher, all between the months of August and June... Physics is applied by many of our student athletes every single day-and therefore, they ought to be able to access their school work, anywhere, and nearly at anytime that works best for them! "School" that actually puts the student at the heart of every decision, and customizes a success plan for each individual student...be it accelerating certain courses, slowing the pace of others, or adjusting course due dates so that a student can travel and compete without returning to "late" or "missing assignments"-this is what a school should be---THIS IS what Picabo Street Academy IS!

Amazing opportunity to create, launch, and operate a private independent school to solve an academic shortfall for the United States Ski and Snowboard Association (the National Governing Body for the US Ski and Snowboard Teams). The model I created became a leader of the industry and pushed the Academy in innovation and design. The opportunity to educate and work with some of the best up-and-coming Olympic winter athletes in the United States was only overshadowed by the students and families themselves! Innovation, creativity, rigorous academic opportunities, and flexible academic solutions were created, experienced, launched, and a true involved love of learning was passed onto these amazing student athletes. One to one project based and mastery based courses were successfully completed, with full Accreditation, and better prepared our student athletes for college readiness, and life readiness. Creating a school, where one had never previously existed, and graduating many top professional and Olympic athletes, who would simply not have had the opportunity, nor benefited from the hard work we installed, was an incredible outcome, and an absolute joy to create.

Several opportunities were created and experienced within multiple positions; I was able to create and sustain growth rates over 100% in certain cases. Growth, across the board, was created within admissions roles. New project launches created additional revenue, and innovative program management and project launches created large new revenue sources. Success was experienced, with several past enrollment, revenue, and launch records being broken! Team management and retention also increased within team personnel.

Two amazing new school and program launches; both innovative and successful in the Marketplace. Island View and The Oakley School address the needs of students and families differently than any other resource currently available, and with a truly committed team and focus, experienced success in great amounts! Goals of growth and expectations of enrollment and revenue were far exceeded, and regularly at that! I was able to join several committees that pushed the level of care higher and higher spoke on the topic at several National and International conferences. Expectations, growth, and revenue were years above expectations, and as such, we developed and launched another new school, The Oakley School. In this venue I created innovative programming, enrollment operations, family support, and professional outreach and Marketing. We again over succeeded in far exceeding our goals, revenue and growth. I was again was able to impact the market by continuing to speak, and engage many panels in National and International conferences.
