Mr. Kendra has more than thirty (30) years of experience as a mechanical engineer. Dan is a LEED Accredited Professional, and a licensed Professional Engineer registered in Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. He has additional certifications in Construction Documents Technology and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Mr. Kendra’s responsibilities include Design, Commissioning, Retro-commissioning, Quality Assurance & Quality Control Reviews, and Building System Forensic Work. He has designed and been involved with mechanical systems and their components for schools, universities, commercial and light industrial office buildings, and housing facilities. He has designed HVAC systems including constant and variable air volume, air handling and exhaust systems; chilled water and hot water systems; electric/electronic control, pneumatic control and DDC systems.Mr. Kendra has been involved with many projects where he was hired to resolve issues related to installed HVAC systems. Through a systemic and focused retro-commissioning process, he was able to identify, document, facilitate understanding, and ultimately work through a remediation process to resolve issues.
