Fusion was an entirely new concept of architecturally suited decorative door and cabinet hardware with faucets and shower systems for residential and hospitality markets. We secured notable hospitality projects across the globe. Successful integration of four manufacturing locations across three countries. Focusing on top-line sales growth and effective market positioning we drove margin contribution improvements over 340%. Successfully entering the retail and national builder market with support from 6 manufacturing facilities, 3 internationally based. Coached and developed a sales force of 35 factory and 15 independent agents. Responsible for the engineering, development and marketing teams we introduced 6 new series of product to retail and wholesale distribution.
