I interacted on a daily basis with the top leadership of the company working to achieve a common goal of "people taking care of People".I was responsible for on-boarding and training all new Area Directors through following a prescribed list of training's, working with other AD's and follow up. At any one time I would be training 1 - 3 Area Directors while working my other responsibilities. Some of my responsibilities included implementing training curriculum, projects and new initiatives. Over the last year I was responsible for rolling out our Michelin Training, Pro Cut training and MPI training to all 800 stores. Along with that I was responsible for scheduling and assigning training for all new stores and new market conversions. A large part of this training was developmental. Through training's I conducted and scheduling my trainers we worked to strengthen the leadership ranks through leadership training, mentoring and succession planning. To add credibility to what I was doing I became Ken Blanchard, Situational Leader certified. I was also part of development of material that later turned into new curriculum for my trainers including content development and presentation development. I was held accountable to completion percentages, turnover, company profitability and leadership depth and strength. We got on a daily basis customer compliments on our professionalism, and world class food. I also developed and implemented our leadership development program. In this program we developed many employees into extremely productive and profitable leaders. The program I developed is called the "Servant Leadership Template". I am currently working to record these principles and experiences into a book format. As the owner and operator I was also responsible for all buying, public relations and marketing, finances, payroll and forecasting. by observing the business and watching our expenses we were able to cut our costs dramatically while improving our customer experience and over all growth and profitability.
