Responsible for all Product Management aspects for multiple global product lines (~+$300M in sales), with regional (America’s) accountability for additional performance products (~+$150M in sales). Responsible for implementing global & regional market price increases as needed to achieve profitability targets in all regions, using all applicable raw material data, from both internal and external sources. Analyze the global sourcing plan(s) to implement the most profitable sourcing strategy to maximum the overall portfolio profitability, while managing the necessary customer qualifications. Directing and managing all aspects from Raw Material Qualification to Initial Customer Qualifications, leading to Full Commercialization of the new Assets and all major toll manufacturing companies.• Successfully completed the Investment Case to secure a $8M investment in the America’s region with a 2.5 year ROI, supported by new business within the region • Substantially expanded the use of automated reporting and tools to expedite data analysis to further support self-directed regional work teams, while providing mentorship to multiple global teams.• Leading and directing all major customer issues from initial investigation to complaint closure, including commercial settlement and internal expectation management.

Responsible for all manufacturing operations of a 95 employee plant, including 2 businesses. Lead in the development of a new Site Leadership Team (SLT) through organizational change. Lead a multiple disciplinary team coordinating a $25M plant expansion, without any significant incidents. Facilitated the reorganizations of the plant while on-going business growth, and divestiture. Successfully negotiated a new 3 year union contract.

Responsible for the day to day manufacturing operations of the site. Operating as the change champion for the Wallingford site culture change workout. Primary responsibility for union relations at the Wallingford site. Site leader for TOP profitabilty project for the Wallingford site.

Managed all aspects of the North Augusta and Langley plants, through the end of the year objectives for 2010, and establishment of the 2011 budget and objectives for both sites. Guided the North Augusta plant through a Safety, Health, and Environmental workout focusing on safety culture change. Completed WO lite facilitator training while site manager. Coordinated 2 all employee meetings with corporate and site presentations Developed the 2012 operations staffing and capital expenditure plan for both sites

Led the Langley plant in implementation of a growth strategy centered on gaining efficiency with existing production and development of new product. Continued site leadership in all SHE aspects, accomplishments achieved during tenure includes 16 years without a lost time injury and 6 years without an OSHA recordable. Developed and maintained the Langley plant budget beginning in 2008, with adjustments made as demand changed. Implemented specific site goals with successful implementation of site wide cycle counting, guard BPCS transactions, and 5S/Lean leadership throughout the plant. Provided leadership to a 31 person site running on a 24 hour operation.Organized and implemented the successful transition of new products to the Langley plant, placing emphasis on new product introduction efficiency at Langley.Directly responsible for development and implementation of the plant goals within the budget year.Successfully led the team responsible for the introduction of 13 new products in 2009, leading to 250 mT's of production in 2010.Initiated a working crew leader (WCL) training program for WCL's at both the North Augusta and Langley plants.

Supervised production, engineering, and quality control function as related to chemical production. Directed all tolling and NPI projects moved into the Olean site, YTD sales of $560K at an average MI of 32%. Developed and managed all capital projects including a ground up automation project. Managed a capital budget $250K and a $2.5M operating budget in 2007. Oversaw the production activities of 15 hourly/salaried employees on a 2 shift operation. Organized and implemented the successful transition of 1.6 Million lbs of new powder material to the Olean plant, which represented a 30% increase in plant capacity.Recommended and implemented new production training program, which reduced training time and improved employee performance.Directed plant functions and organized production operations on time and within budget guidelines. Defined manufacturing and service objectives; recruited, selected, and trained production team; established production control and cycle time metrics. Initiated productivity, cost, and performance management program to meet on-time delivery requirements and improve production levels, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Provided leadership and engineering solutions to technically complex problems and barriers. Managed capital projects and drove continuous improvements using operators who had to participate in change. Promoted to operations engineer in one year for rapidly handling assigned duties and aggressively seeking more responsibility. Worked proactively with Union representation to meet expected capacity and develop accurate downtime data, resulting in capacity improvements.
