• Responsible for indoor/outdoor 9-court tennis facility• Facilitates memberships, programs and organization of events• Responsible for all staffing needs and scheduling

• Answering questions regarding membership, youth sports programs, and facility usage.• Assist directors with administrative work• Supervisor / instructor for various youth sport activities

• Schedule athletic events using Schedule Star• Coordinate with other school districts to schedule athletic events• Update medical forms and eligibility list

• Set-up and tear down of prize wheel station• Collect and sort fan questionnaire• Hand out prizes to fans and restock prize station

• Provide a safe swimming pool environment• Provide medical care as needed• Clean/maintain pool chemistry and perform all maintenance duties

• Prepare, set-up and tear down game day items during home Flyers games• Provide emails, phone calls, and schedule fun patrol staff• Created ideas for main concourse games and game day promotions• Update hospitality spread sheet, merchandise, and closet inventory• Set-up and tear down community relation events• Do office errands as needed
