He also has decades of expertise in mergers and acquisitions, sell-side advisory and DSO buy-side transactions, normalizing EBITDA and negotiating valuations, doctor agreements and employment matters, provider and team compensation models, procurement and complex contracting, office build-out, construction, real estate and leasing, among others.
