As part of the executive leadership team dealt with a wide range of responsibilities, including various direct reports, and took a central role in customer and partner deal negotiations, financings, governance matters and assisted with overall strategy and management.Accomplishments included: • Funding/Finance: Significant financing experience, including an IPO on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, and private fundings. Direct reports included the finance and accounting functions of the Company.• Customers: Successfully worked with the sales organization to negotiate comprehensive enterprise agreements with customers such as Exxon, Shell, American Electric Power, Chevron, BNSF Railways, and numerous others, with many under formal RFP processes.• Cloud/SaaS: In order to accelerate market penetration and increase enterprise value led a transition to a Cloud based SaaS offering.• Alliances/Partnerships: Worked closely with Alliances, Marketing and Sales leads to establish go-to-market alliances, product development relationships and services partnerships with large worldwide partners such as SAP, IBM, and Accenture as well as specialized and regional players• Restructuring/Turnaround: Played a leadership role at pivotal points in the Company’s evolution, working directly with the Board and Shareholders managing through two significant restructurings of the Company involving capital reorganizations, changes in leadership, cost reductions and Board reconstitution.• Governance: Responsible for all corporate governance including all Board of Directors and Shareholder processes.• HR: Covered all employment matters, including Stock Options Plans, Compensation Plans, Benefits, etc...
