Responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department and lead generation process. Major duties include: Providing communication to the sales department, helping to train and coach account executives and ensuring the sales process is managed and followed correctly.

Work within the sales and marketing team to assist with lead generation. Responsible for booking corporate members onto various events/ football matches and for chasing payments for outstanding memberships. Also assisted in general promotion for upcoming events for corporate clients.

General bar assistant at the student union which regularly had up to 1000 students in the venue at one time. The two biggest nights were on Wednesday and Friday where the venue hosted BOP and Flirt!. Throughout my time at the student union I also worked events such as weddings and party's when the venue was hired out by the public.
