I led a team of sales representatives providing high quality medical devices to Interventional Radiology, Radiation Therapy and Operating Room departments.

In my most recent role, I oversaw a five-branch area with 40+ employees and annual goals of generating $15M and $250 in profit per vehicle while maintaining 97% customer satisfaction and 85% retention rates.Under my leadership, the team grew annual revenue by 15% YoY to $18M (120% of goal), produced $325 in profit per vehicle (118% of goal), and consistently ranked in the top 20% out of 200 areas in the Northeast U.S. A few more of my claims to fame are winning the 2018 Exceptional Achievement award for generating 10% revenue growth, $275 in profit per vehicle, and an 87% customer satisfaction score, earning two quarterly Diamond Club awards in 2019 for averaging 18% revenue growth, $340 in profit per vehicle, and a 92% customer satisfaction score, and leading our region’s top territory to earn the Exceptional Achievement and President’s award in 2019 for achieving 20% revenue growth, $315 in profit per vehicle, and a 90% customer satisfaction score.Additional successes include producing $157k in incremental annual revenue by training the team to upsell protection products, acquiring multiple key commercial and government accounts including Geico, FEMA, Tate Chrysler of Frederick, and Ourisman Lincoln of Frederick, and decreasing annual labor expenditures by $42k and uninsured losses by $28k through schedule optimization and an enhanced vehicle inspection process. Last, but certainly not least, I coached and developed 50+ entry-level team members into senior sales, Assistant Manager, and Branch Manager roles. While I’m proud of all that I accomplished in this position, I am anxiously awaiting the next challenge to conquer!

I was originally recruited by Enterprise to preside over the five-employee Charleston, WV branch, subsequently earning promotions to progressively larger markets in Hagerstown, MD (10 employees) and Frederick, MD (20 employees).During my tenure, I led the Charleston location to secure $3M annually (120% of goal), the Hagerstown branch to produce $5.5M annually (130% of goal), and the Frederick branch to generate $8.5M annually (125% of goal). I am also credited with Reduced bad debt at the Frederick branch by 55% through the implementation of aggressive collections activities across multiple roles, decreasing annual operating expenditures by $150k via the minimization of labor costs, uninsured losses, and depreciation, and training all employees to conduct needs assessments to present the products and services that met the unique needs of each prospective customer resulting in a $100k increase in annual sales.My consistently high performance led to my designation as a trainer and mentor to new Branch Managers within a 50-mile radius and I helped 12 Assistant Managers earn promotions into branch management roles.
