Exhibits Project Manager
CurrentMy job entails executing client tradeshow exhibit and event opportunities. This involves reviewing designs, estimating design concepts, seeing approved concepts through production phase, preparing finished concept packages for shipment, logistics of getting packages to events, their setup, and their return to storage. Usually I have multiple shows for the same client going on and have to coordinate properties and resources between them. In addition to the duties already listed I work with sourcing items, purchasing, managing vendors for producition, reconciling invoices to estimates, and advising on invoices.
